Naatriumvesinikglutamaat: Naatriumvesinikglutamaat on glutamiinhappe naatriumisool. Sageli tähistatakse naatriumvesinikglutamaati ka lühendiga MSG, mis tuleneb aine ingliskeelsest nimetusest monosodium glutamate, samuti Euroopa Liidus kehtiva toidulisandinumbriga E621. Kuna naatriumvesinikglutamaat on lõhna- ja maitsetugevdaja, lisatakse seda paljudele toidukaupadele. Algselt valmistati naatriumvesinikglutamaati nisugluteenist, ent tänapäeval peamiselt tärklisest, suhkrupeedist, suhkruroost või molassist bakteriaalse fermentatsiooni teel, mistõttu seda saavad tarvitada ka tsöliaakiahaiged, kes gluteeni ei talu.
